I’m a growth strategy consultant with five years at Bain & Company and ten years as an independent — the majority of it working with PE-backed mid-market companies across industrials, technology, environmental services, and consumer sectors.
I started at Bain in Dubai on energy and infrastructure, moved to San Francisco for tech and growth work, and then went independent at 30. Since then I’ve run 30+ growth strategy and commercial due diligence engagements, mostly for PE sponsors and their portfolio companies.
The way I work is different from a large firm: I’m the person doing the analysis, building the models, and writing the strategy — not a partner who shows up for client calls. That means faster timelines, fewer hand-offs, and senior judgment on every piece of work.
